Harvested just after the bushes emerge from their four-month winter dormancy (December through March), only the freshest shoots, each bearing a single bud or two leaves are carefully selected by expert pluckers during the spring flush.
These tender leaves undergo a light oxidation to preserve their delicate aromas, then receive a gentle roll so they unfurl fully when brewed. The dry leaves display a vibrant green hue speckled with silver tips, promising a bright golden liquor. With every sip, you’ll enjoy a clean, fruity sweetness and a smooth texture, free from any harsh astringency.
