Depth and Clarity in Every Brew
Assam Iron Kettle has a distinct character, fuller body and a slightly deeper malt profile compared to regular Assam blends. The infusion feels rounded rather than flat, and the flavour holds well even when brewed slightly longer. I particularly appreciated the smooth aftertaste. There’s strength, but no harsh bitterness or heavy acidity. It gives a refreshing, clean finish which makes it suitable for daily consumption without feeling overpowering.
It’s evident that attention has been given to leaf selection and consistency. A very satisfying cup overall. I’ll be reordering this one.
