Brewing Instruction

For the Perfect Cup

  • Boil water – Bring 150 ml of fresh water to a rolling boil.
  • Add tea – Add 2 g of the blend.
  • Boil with milk – Add 50–75 ml of milk and sweetener to taste.
  • Simmer – Let it boil for 3–5 minutes until the aroma deepens and the colour turns rich.
  • Strain and enjoy.

Without Milk

  • Use fresh water – Heat water to 95°C.
  • Steep the tea – Pour the hot water over 2 g of tea using 180 ml of water.
  • Brew patiently – Let it steep for 2–3 minutes.
  • Strain and enjoy.
