1. Order Processing

All orders placed on The Secret of Tea are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

The Secret of Tea delivers to every location and pin code across India. We deliver in 3–5 business days via Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, depending on your delivery pin code. . Estimate Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are:

 - Pre Paid Shipping:  ₹49. Delivery in 3 - 5 business days
 - COD Shipping:  ₹49. Delivery in 4 - 6  business days
 - Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699

3. International Shipping

Currently shipping via India Post all over the world. Shipping charges Flat ₹1500 (Approx $16 USD)

4.Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email, Whatsapp and SMS containing tracking details provided by our shipping partner. You can use this information to follow your order's progress.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the shipment. The Secret of Tea is not liable for customs-related delays or charges.

6. Shipping Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Such changes can only be accommodated prior to shipment dispatch.
