The brand’s roots lie in a small café established in 2017, set among rolling tea gardens and conceived as a space to explore tea in its many expressions rather than simply serve it. From the outset, the café worked with a wide range of teas, preparing and blending them fresh to understand how ingredients, handling, and brewing methods influence flavour.
