Brewing Instruction

For The Perfect Cup

  • Use fresh water – Heat water to 90–95 °C (just below boiling)
  • Steep the tea – Add one teaspoon tea blend
  • Brew patiently – Allow 3–4 minutes for the first infusion and add 45 seconds for each subsequent infusion, up to 4 infusions
  • Strain and enjoy

Pro Tip: The reinfusible leaves can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for later use
