• Reviving Ancient Traditions: The Tale of Singpho Roasted Tea
  The inspiration behind STG's teas draws deeply from India’s indigenous tea heritage—particularly from the Singpho tribe. This tribal community, spread across northeast India, Myanmar, and China, is believed to be among India's first tea drinkers. STG continues their legacy by preserving the Singphos' ancient tea-making method—roasting tea leaves, sun-drying, and smoking them inside bamboo tubes. The result is a uniquely robust, golden-orange tea celebrated for its rich taste and medicinal qualities, enjoyed traditionally without milk or sugar.
