Brewing Instruction

For a Hot Cup:

  • Measure: Use 1 tea bag per 200 ml water.
  • Heat: Warm water to 75°C–80°C (do not boil).
  • Steep: Steep for 2–3 minutes.
  • Enjoy: Remove the tea bag and sip slowly to enjoy its calming herbal notes.

For a Cooling Iced Tea: Steep 2 tea bags in 150 ml hot water for 3 minutes. Cool, pour over ice, and garnish with lemon or mint.
