Rohini Darjeeling Autumn Flush Handcrafted Frosted Autumn White Tea is a rare seasonal white tea crafted from AV2 bushes grown between 1500 and 3000 feet at the Rohini Tea Estate. Harvested during the cooler autumn transition, the leaves develop slowly, allowing careful selection of fine shoots with prominent buds. Handcrafted with gentle handling and minimal intervention, the well-sorted greenish leaves brew into a light yellow, semi-transparent liquor with a brownish-green infusion. The cup expresses sweet muscatel character layered with subtle citrus brightness and a delicate hint of Indian gooseberry. Smooth and free from astringency, the finish is well-defined, long-lasting, and captivating.

The Tea Story
