Brewing Instruction

How to Brew Your Tea

Water Temperature
Use freshly boiled water at 95°C for best results.

Tea Quantity
Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–2.5 grams) per cup (180–220 ml).

Steeping Time
Steep the tea for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste preference.

Reinfusion
Can be steeped up to 2 times. For the second infusion, increase steeping time by 1 minute.

Tip Before You Brew
Warm your teapot or cup before brewing to retain heat and enhance the tea’s aroma and flavour.
