For Black Tea:

  • Measure: 1 tsp per 200 ml water
  • Heat: Bring water to 95–100°C
  • Steep: Steep for 3–4 minutes
  • Enjoy: Sip plain or with a slice of lemon

For Milk Chai: Boil tea with water, add milk and sugar, simmer for a richer, stronger cup
