For the Perfect Cup

  • Use fresh water
  • Heat water to 90°C
  • Add 1 teaspoon (2g) of infusion
  • Pour 180 ml hot water
  • Steep for 3–5 minutes
  • Strain and enjoy

For iced drink: Use 2 teaspoons, steep in hot water for 5 minutes, add ice and stir.
