Brewing Instruction

For the Perfect Cup

Without Milk

  • Use fresh water – Heat water to 100°C for the best infusion.
  • Steep the tea – Add 1 teaspoon of the blend and pour hot water over it.
  • Brew patiently – Let it steep for 4–5 minutes, depending on preferred strength.
  • Strain and enjoy – Pour through a strainer and serve hot.

With Milk

  • Boil water – Bring 1 cup (150 ml) of fresh water to a rolling boil (100°C).
  • Add tea – Add 1 teaspoon of the blend.
  • Boil with milk – Add ½ cup (50–75 ml) of milk and sugar or jaggery to taste.
  • Simmer – Let it boil for 4–5 minutes until the aroma deepens and the colour turns robust.
  • Strain and enjoy – Pour through a strainer and serve hot.
