  • Water Temperature :Heat water to 95°C for optimal extraction.
  • Tea Quantity: Use 1 teaspoon (about 2–2.5 grams) per cup (180–220 ml).
  • Steeping Time: Let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Multiple Infusions: Enjoy up to 2 infusions. For the second, add 1 extra minute to the steeping time.
