Brewing Instruction

For the Perfect Cup

Without Milk

  • Use fresh water – Heat water to 85°C for the best infusion.
  • Steep the tea – Add 1 teaspoon of the blend and pour hot water over it.
  • Brew patiently – Let it steep for 3–4 minutes.
  • Strain and enjoy – Pour through a strainer and serve hot.

With Milk

  • Boil water – Bring 1 cup of fresh water to a boil.
  • Add tea – Add 1–2 heaped tablespoons of the blend to the boiling water.
  • Simmer – Let it simmer for 2 minutes before adding milk.
  • Boil with milk – Add milk and let the tea boil for 3–4 minutes until it becomes strong and the spices intensify.
  • Strain and enjoy – Pour through a strainer into glass tumblers and serve hot.

Pro Tip: Best brewed with milk for a traditional cutting chai profile.
